How it Works
What a design sprint looks like in action.
[01] Preliminary call
Schedule a quick 30 minute call to discuss your requests, my availability, and establish the best approach.
[02] Reserve your spot
Depending on availability, secure your design sprint day(s) by paying your 50% deposit and signing the contract. The remaining balance is due on your start day.
[03] Prepare the content
We will use Asana to organize and communicate tasks. After booking a sprint, you'll gain access to a dashboard to start populating your task queue. Upload and prioritize all tasks and assets before the start date.
[04] Ready, set, design!
Depending on your scheduled sprint package, I’ll spend an average of 7–8 hours per day working through your list of priorities, with any remaining time spent on secondary wishlist items. I ask that you are available throughout the day(s) for immediate feedback so that I can implement revisions as quickly as possible.
[05] Receive final files
Towards the end of the sprint, we will have time for any last-minute adjustments and you will receive all working files and final deliverables by EOD.
[06] That's a wrap!
After the sprint is completed, I'll follow-up with you the next day for any additional questions surrounding what was completed and to make sure you have everything you need.
Please note that you are not purchasing completed deliverables, but a block of my exclusive working hours. I'll do my best to provide realistic expectations, and your responsiveness also greatly impacts the amount of work that can be accomplished. Upon booking, we will prioritize your tasks and categorize them as “must-haves” and “nice-to-haves.” While my experience allows me to work quickly and efficiently, I can't guarantee that I will complete all items by the end of the sprint.
We will use Asana to organize and communicate about tasks. Once you book a sprint, you will gain access to a dashboard and you can start populating your task queue. All tasks, copy, and assets must be uploaded and prioritized before the start date in order to begin work immediately. We will also be able to jump on video calls at any point during your sprint to work through any feedback.
All tasks, copy, and assets must be uploaded to the Asana dashboard before work can begin. This can include copywriting documents, images, fonts, logos, and graphics. During our preliminary call, we will discuss in more detail everything I will need to complete each task.

I am currently located in Charleston, South Carolina and operate in Eastern Standard Time. That being said, my working hours can be flexible to accommodate a time that works best for everyone.
Since timely feedback and approvals play a large role in my ability to work through your task list, I ask for prompt responses during sprints.
Due to the limited availability of design sprints, refunds of the deposit are not available in the event of a cancellation. However, you can reschedule up to 7 business days before your start date. Monthly retainers can be paused or canceled no later than one week before the start of the next month.
If you need more time to finish your to-do list, just let me know and we can book additional time in half-day or full-day increments as needed.
